Just two weeks after being released under NJ Bail Reform a 24-year-old ex-con, was charged by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for possession of a weapon during an investigation into witness tampering involving a murder case.
In San Jose violent crimes already occur at a rate that is higher than most communities of all population sizes in America. Bail reform in California, as with NJ, will only make it easier for criminals to get back on our streets.
