Authorities found hundreds of file images of child pornography during the arrest of an IT worker who is now released and back home under NJ Bail Reform Act.
Unfortunately, we will continue to see the release of these criminal offenders without accountability or bail with New Jersey’s current bail reform policies. Cindy Chavez Santa Clara County is headed down the same path if we don’t remain vigilant of our own bail reform policies and the dangers they bring.
